Day 136. June 4

Enjoyed the skyline lit up last night in NYC.  Left this morning to travel to Cordon on the Hudson  for 43 miles. Weather was perfect at 80 degrees and no humidity.  Beautiful scenery on our travels.  We are

Day 135 June 3

 Traveling to the Big Apple   Another roller wave day.  We have traveled 3,175 miles so far. Looking forward to see our friends David and Denise Greer from Tn. They are flying in to spend some time traveling with us. It was foggy most of the day as you can see

Day134. June 2

Traveled in 3-4 ft waves today.Rollers! We made it to see our friends, the Jones that we got to know well in Cancun. They live in New Jersey and drove to see us. We had a great time laughing and of course eating at another great restaurant. Heading tomorrow for the Big Apple

Day133. June 1

We are staying in Cape May due to rough seas. Leaving early morning for Manasaqan. Going to see new Top Gun movie. Just came back and the movie was as good as we hoped. It was located in Stone Harbor,another village on Cape May.Cape May is a great town and beach to visit.

Days 131-132 May 30-31

 Spent the 30th with more family   It was Memorial Day and we saw a marine who served in Vietnam and came out in his dingy in the water and laid 33 long stemmed carnations in the water a few yards apart.  He then saluted and drove back to the marina.  We had the chills and will remember that forever.  We found out he does it every year for the 33 comrades he lost in the war.  We left this morning for Cape May.  We went to the famous Lobster house around here which was really good.  Heading to Manasquan tomorrow.  60 miles
